体外受精/单精子卵母细胞内注射治疗周期中高龄患者受精方式选择的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 随着国家"二孩"政策的开放以及人口老龄化改变,高龄有生育要求的女性越来越多。高龄患者在借助辅助生育技术实现生育目标时,面临卵巢功能下降导致的周期获卵数少等问题,如何选择科学合理的受精方式,提高仅有的卵母细胞受精率,成为目前临床医生关注的热点。本文结合高龄女性卵母细胞发育特点、单精子卵母细胞内注射的应用及其影响,对近年来高龄低反应患者受精方式选择的相关研究进行综述。
