摘要
为了适应矿山井架设计,以甘肃新庄煤矿凿击井架例,提出用现行规范荷载工况组合对已有井架的分析方法,并对井架箕斗天轮和罐笼天轮垂直布置方式进行分析验证。研究结果表明:箕斗天轮与罐笼天轮垂直布置方式相较于常规布置方式只需进行局部加固即可满足使用要求,同时加固所需材料较少,大大减少对于地形的依赖性。
In order to adapt to mine head frame design, the paper proposed the analysis method for existing head frame with the load case combination of current specifications, and analyzed and verified the vertical arrangement method of the skip head sheave and cage head sheave. The results show that, the vertical arrangement skip head sheave and cage head sheave, comparing with conventional arrangement, can meet the requirements with partial reinforcement, which requires small amount of reinforcement material, and has strong applicability with the dependence of terrain greatly reduced.
