摘要
以厦门海绵城市建设试点区内某城市道路为研究对象,探讨了城市道路净、渗、蓄、缓排的系统建设模式,介绍了海绵型城市道路生物滞留设施、非机动车道和人行道透水结构以及附属设施的设计,并对改造设计条件下的城市道路雨水年径流总量控制率、径流污染控制、渗透设施设计与排水防涝能力进行了校核,结果表明该改造设计方案可满足海绵城市控制目标。另外,提出了海绵型城市道路维护与管理的相应措施,以期为城市道路海绵城市改造设计提供借鉴和参考。
Taking an urban road in Xiamen sponge city construction pilot area as the research object, the construction pattern of stormwater purification, infiltration, storage and drainage system was discussed. The design of bio-retention facilities, permeable structure of bike lane and sidewalk and its ancillary facilities was introduced. Under conditions of the reconstruction design, the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall, the runoff pollutant control rate, the design of permeable facilities and drainage and flood control capacity were checked. The results showed that the reconstruction design scheme for urban road could meet the sponge city control target. The corresponding measures for maintenance and management of sponge city roads were proposed to provide reference for the design of urban roads based on sponge city concept.
