摘要
体位性心动过速综合征(POTS)、不恰当窦性心动过速(IST)和血管迷走性晕厥(VVS)存在病情加重的趋势,但临床对于上述三种疾病的自然病史知识了解尚少。2015年6月美国心律学会发布了关于诊断和治疗POTS、IST及VVS三种综合征的专家共识,旨在确定诊断标准,对评估和治疗方案提出建议,明确进一步的研究方向。本文对该共识的主要内容作一简要解读。
American Heart Rhythm Society released the expert consensus statement on the diagnosis and treatment of postural tachycardia syndrome （POTS）, inappropriate sinus tachycardia （IST） and vasovagal syncope （VVS） in June 2015. The POTS, IST and VVS have increasing trends, while there is lack of knowledge regarding the natural history and physiological mechanism of these diseases. The consensus statement aims to determine the criteria for diagnosis, put forward suggestions for the treatment evaluation and the further research direction. This paper makes a brief interpretation of this consensus statement.
