摘要
目的:观察个体化营养餐在重度颅脑损伤患者上应用的疗效。方法:选择某院神经外科2015年1月-12月收治的重度颅脑损伤患者90例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组予以鼻饲个性化营养餐,对照组给予鼻饲能全力营养液,比较2组患者治疗后的营养状况、并发症发生情况及治疗效果。结果:观察组患者轻度营养不良率显著高于对照组,中度及重度营养不良发生率显著低于对照组;观察组患者发生腹泻、呕吐并发症、肺部感染和低蛋白血症的发生率明显低于对照组,且住院时间明显缩短。结论:个体化营养餐比能全力营养液在重度颅脑外伤患者上应用效果好,能更好改善患者的营养状况,降低并发症发生率,利于患者康复。
Objective: To observe and analyze the curative effect of using individualized nutritional meals in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods: 90 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients from January 2015 to December 2015 in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group( 45 cases each). The observation group received nasal feeding individualized nutritional meals,while the control group was given nasal feeding of the full nutrition liquid. The nutritional status,complications and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results: The mild malnutrition rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of moderate and severe malnutrition was significantly lower. The incidence of diarrhea,vomiting,pulmonary infection and low serum albumin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter. Conclusion: The curative effect of using individualized nutritional meals in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma is better than using full nutrition liquid.The application of individualized nutritional meals can provide better nutrition support with low incidence of complications and is conducive to the recovery of patients.
