摘要
GM-4D系列半潜式钻井平台是专门针对挪威北海海域设计的中深水钻井平台,除满足DNV OFFSHORE船级社规范、IMO规范及其他相关的规范和标准外,还需遵循NMD规范,即挪威海事局对活动于挪威大陆架的海洋设施的特殊法规。文章结合以上规范,除对常规半潜式钻井平台压载系统的设计方法做了详细介绍外,还对挪威北海海域作业要求的半潜式钻井平台压载系统的特殊设计特点做了分析与研究。
GM-4D serial semi-submersible drilling unit is specially designed for operating in Norwegian North Sea. Besides meeting the requirements of DNV offshore rules, IMO rules and other related rules and standards, it also need to meet the NMD requirements, which is the local governmental regulation of Norwegian Maritime Directorate and Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, for units operating in Norwegian waters. The article has the detail research for ballast system design of semi-submersible drilling unit considering the above rules and regulations, and especially does the research for Norwegian North Sea water drilling unit ballast system design.
