多指标优选补气生血口服液水提醇沉工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的:采用多指标控制,通过正交实验设计优化补气生血口服液的水提醇沉工艺。方法:以当归挥发油得率为指标,采用正交实验筛选出当归提取芳香水的最佳工艺;再以黄芪甲苷、阿魏酸含量的综合评分为指标,通过正交实验对当归残渣、黄芪和党参的水提醇沉过程进行优化。结果:当归提取挥发油的最佳条件为提取时间12小时,浸泡时间24小时,加水量10倍。当归残渣、黄芪和党参水提醇沉过程最优提取条件为加水倍数10倍、煎煮时间20分钟、含醇量70%。结论:该工艺稳定可行,为提高补气生血口服液的质量稳定性和临床用药安全提供实验依据。 Objective: Using multi-index to control, and using orthogonal design for the process of extraction and purification for BuQi ShengXue oral liquid. Methods: Essential oil from DangGui(angelica sinensis) was taken as index, orthogonal design was adopted to select the optimal process for aromatic water extracted from DangGui; then, composite score of astraloside and fumalic acid as index, the process of extraction and purification for the residue of DangGui, HuangQi (astragalus) and DangShen (codonopsis) were optimized by orthogonal design. Results: The best condition of essential oil extracted from DangGui was extracting time 12 hours, soak time 24 hours, add-water quan- tity ten times. The best extraction condition of the process of extraction and purification for DangGui residue, HuangOi and DangShen were add-water quantity ten times, decoction time 20 minutes and the level of alcohol 70%. Conclusion: This process was steady and feasible, it provides experimental basis for improving the stable quality of BuQi ShengXue oral liquid and clinical medication safety.
