摘要
目的 分析顺铂序贯榄香烯联合热疗治疗胸腔积液患者的临床效果。方法 选取2010年7月-2015年7月北京燕化医院收治并经病理证实的恶性胸腔积液患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。所有患者均行胸腔内中心静脉导管置管引流。实验组患者给予顺铂＋榄香烯胸腔内灌注联合热疗,对照组患者仅给予顺铂＋榄香烯胸腔灌注。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果 治疗后,实验组患者治疗总有效率为88%,对照组患者为64%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组生活质量KPS评分提高率为84%,对照组为60%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应主要为胸痛,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 顺铂序贯榄香烯胸腔内灌注联合热疗治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的效果安全有效,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of Cisplatin and Elemene combined with hyperthermia in treatment of patients with pleural effusion.Methods One hundred cases with malignant pleural effusion were selected from July 2010 to July 2015 in Beijing Yanhua Hospital,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.AU patients underwent indwelling catheter drainage of central venous catheter in the thoracic cavity,and patients in the control group were given intrathoraeie perfusion by Cisplatin and Elemene,patients in the experimental group were additionally treated hyperthermi based on the control group.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total efficiency in the experimental group was 88%,and the control group was 64%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the increasing rate of KPS score on life quality in the experimental group was increased by 84%,and the con- trol group was 60%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;adverse reactions mainly for chest pain,there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Effect of Cisplatin sequential Elemene intrapleu- ral injection combined with hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural effect is safe and effective,it is worthy of clinical application.
