摘要
目的观察止嗽散联合西药治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将108例慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各54例。对照组给予氨溴特罗口服液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用止嗽散治疗,治疗3周后比较2组患儿治疗前后的症状评分、症状改善与消失时间以及总有效率。结果 2组患儿治疗前症状、体征评分比较,差异均无统计意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为96.3%,显著高于对照组的79.6%,经统计学分析,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组患儿咳嗽、咳痰改善时间与消失时间均显著短于对照组,经统计学分析,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论止嗽散联合西药治疗儿童慢性咳嗽,能够快速、有效地缓解患儿的症状、体征,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of children with chronic cough treated with combined therapy of Zhisou San and Western medicine.Methods 108 children with chronic cough were randomized into therapy group and control group with 54 cases in each.Control group was treated with Ambrocol oral solution,while therapy group was treated with Zhisou San based on control group＇s therapy.After 3 weeks＇ therapy,contrast the symptom scores,symptom improvement and disappearance time,and effective rate of children in two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the symptom score before the treatment（ P〉0.05）,the scores after treatment were significantly decreased in both groups（ P〈0.01）,and therapy group significantly lower than control group after the treatment（ P〈0.01）;the total effective rates were 96.3% in therapy group and 79.6% in control group with significant difference（ P〈0.01）;symptom improvement and disappearance time of children in therapy group were significantly shorter than these in control group with significant difference（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combined therapy of Zhisou San and Western medicine can relieve the symptom of children with chronic cough quickly and effectively,improve the curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
