摘要 放射性肝损伤(radiation-induced liver injury,RILI)是原发性肝癌及其他腹腔肿瘤放射治疗中最主要的并发症之一,它制约了肿瘤区的放疗剂量,严重影响了患者的治疗疗效。研究发现RILI的发生与多种细胞因子相关。细胞因子通过启动多种下游信号通路参与RILI各阶段的发病。 Radiation-induced liver injury (RILI) is one of the main complications in the radiotherapy of patients with primary liver cancer and abdominal tumors,which limits the radiation doses for the tumor regions and may affects the outcomes of patients at some extent. It is reported that multiple cytokines are closely associated with the pathogenesis of RILI,and cytokines are involved in different stages of RILI by triggering a variety of downstream signaling pathways. In this paper,we try to introduce the latest research of cytokines and their signal transduction pathways related to RILI.
