摘要
目的:分析有氧运动对超重及肥胖男大学生身体成分及血清脂联素的影响。方法:选取超重及肥胖大学生15名进行8周有氧运动(跑步,强度为最大心率65~75%、3d/w),对运动前后身体成分(体重、BMI指数、肌肉量、身体脂肪量、身体脂肪比率及身体各部位体脂肪量)及血清脂联素水平进行比较分析。结果:(1)超重及肥胖大学生有氧运动后血清脂联素水平显著增加(P〈0.01);(2)超重及肥胖大学生有氧运动后体重、BMI指数、身体脂肪量显著下降(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),肌肉量及身体脂肪比率运动前后无显著变化(P〈0.05)。除右上肢外,男性超重及肥胖大学生身体其他部位脂肪量有氧运动后均显著下降(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论:8周有氧运动可以显著降低体重、BMI指数及体脂肪,促使血清脂联素水平增加,提示脂联素可作为有氧运动干预超重及肥胖者体脂肪效果评定的间接指标。
Objetive: By analyzing the effects of aerobic exercise on body composition and serum adiponectin levels in the overweight and obese male college students. Methods: 15 overweight and obese male college students performed 8-weeks aerobic training 3 days a week in alteration days with 65 ~ 75 percentage of maximum heart rate. Then body composition (body weight, BMI index, body fat mass, body fat percent and muscle mass) and serum adiponectin levels were examined before and after the aerobic exercise intervention. Results : ( 1 ) Af- ter the 8-week aerobic exercise intervention, serum adiponectin levels significantly increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) in the overweight and obese male college students; (2) After the 8-week aerobic exercise intervention, body weight, BMI index, body fat mass significantly decreased( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ), body fat percent and muscle mass were not stastic difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; except for the right upper limb, other parts of the body fat significantly de- creased (P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05 ) in the overweight and obese male college students before and after the aerobic ex- ercise intervention. Conclusion: 8-week aerobic exercise may significantly reduce the body weight, BMI index and body fat and increase serum adiponectin levels. So serum adiponectin can be used as the indirect indexes to evaluante the effect of aerobic exercise intervention in the overweight and obese people.
