摘要
汽车车身油漆碎片及油漆状附着物是刑事案件现场和交通事故现场常见的物证种类。光学相干层分析(OCT)技术具有无损、快速、高分辨断层成像的特点,通过光学手段探测车身油漆的断层图像,可以无损地获得油漆的结构特征,能够为油漆检验提供新手段。本文采用深度分辨率为5微米的频域OCT成像系统对11种不同车型、颜色、品牌的车身油漆进行初步成像研究。结果表明,OCT能够区分不同油漆样品。与光学显微镜法、扫描电镜法和光谱成像技术等传统油漆检验方法相比,OCT技术无需切片即可实现对油漆样品的实时断层成像探测,操作简单,分析过程直观。另外,该方法还可以得到油漆样品的光学散射特性,可为油漆物证的同一或种属认定提供新特征。OCT技术与传统检验方法优势互补、互相组合,有助于进一步缩小侦查范围,为认定或排除嫌疑车辆提供科学依据。
Vehicle's paint chip is a kind of common evidence that can play significant role in related criminal and/or traffic accident cases. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is characteristic of non-destruction, fast and high resolution to image cross-sectionally. Therefore, it provides a new choice for vehicle's paint to be examined by the detection of its optical reflection and scattering. In this paper, the domain-spectral OCT imaging system was adopted with the depth resolution of 5 micron to image 11 sorts of different paints from various models, colors and brands of motor vehicles. The results demonstrated that OCT can make a good distinction between different paint samples. Compared to the traditional paint's examination such as optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and spectral imaging technology, OCT can directly obtain the real-time tomographic images of the paints with no necessity of slicing. In addition, the optical scattering properties can be analyzed to provide new features for separating different paint samples. The OCT is capable of combining with traditional methods to further narrow the scope of investigation so that the comprehensive means are likely being offered to determine or rule out the suspect vehicles.
