摘要
缅甸北部的民族冲突及其造成的难民问题,深刻地影响中国西南边疆的安全、稳定和发展,使中国边疆治理面临新的困难和挑战。因此,从中国边疆治理的视角来探讨缅北民族冲突的频发原因、对中国边疆的多维影响,以及中国应对缅北民族冲突的路径选择,把边疆治理与外交实践相结合,不仅有利于中国的边疆治理,也有利于中国妥善处理新形势下的中缅关系。
The ethnic confl icts in northern Myanmar and the refugee issue caused by it have profoundly affected the security, stability and development of China's southwest frontier, posing new difficulties and challenges to China's frontier governance.As a result, a discussion,from the perspective of China's frontier governance, of the cause of frequent ethnic conflicts, their multi-dimensional impacts on China' frontier,China's path choice to cope with the ethnic confl icts in northern Myanmar, and how to combine frontier governance with diplomatic practice,will benefit not only China's frontier governance,but also China's proper management of China-Myanmar relationship under new circumstances.
