摘要
为研究北极航线开通后我国沿海港口的受益情况,提出中国北极航线港口的概念,并确定上海港等27个港口为中国北极航线港口。在此基础上,分析影响中国北极航线港口划分的因素,并利用聚类分析对中国北极航线港口进行层次划分。研究成果能使中国北极航线港口明确发展方向,为我国在北极航线开通条件下充分利用沿海港口资源提供科学依据。
In order to study which port in China's coastal ports will enjoy the benifit after the opening of the arctic route,the concept of the arctic route-related Chinese ports is put forward,and 27 ports,such as Shanghai port,are identified as the arctic route-related Chinese ports. The factors influencing the grading of the arctic route-related Chinese ports are analyzed,and the arctic route-related Chinese ports are graded by cluster analysis. The hierarchical development strategy of the arctic route-related Chinese ports and the overall development strategy of the arctic navigation are put forward. This research can help the authorities to choose the development direction and make full use of coastal port resources for the arctic route.
