摘要
目的:了解麻城市人民医院(以下简称"我院")住院患者抗感染药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,统计我院2013—2015年住院患者使用抗感染药的数据,对药品种类、销售金额、使用量、用药频度(define daily dose system,DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果:2013—2015年我院住院患者抗感染药销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例分别为36.13%(2 751.00万元/7 614.17万元)、35.83%(3 301.19万元/9 213.15万元)、35.80%(3 796.37万元/10 604.33万元);3年来,头孢菌素类抗菌药物的总销售金额最高,其次分别为青霉素类、氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物;3年来,总DDDs排序居前3位的抗菌药物为青霉素、头孢曲松钠、阿莫西林胶囊。结论:我院住院患者抗感染药的应用主要以青霉素类、头孢菌素类抗菌药物为主,较为合理,但仍需不断加强监管。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of anti-infectious agents in inpatients of Macheng People＇s Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic. METHODS： By retrospective investigation method,the application data of anti-infectious agents in inpatients of our hospital during 2013-2015 were collected,statistical analysis was conducted on the categories,consumption sum,consumption amount and defined daily dose system（ DDDs）,etc.. RESULTS： The ratio of consumption sum of antiinfectious agents versus the total consumption sum of drugs were respectively 36. 13%（ 2. 751 00 million yuan /7. 614 17 million yuan）,35. 83%（ 3. 301 19 million yuan /9. 213 15 million yuan） and 35. 80%（ 3. 796 37 million yuan /10. 604 33 million yuan）. During 3 years,the consumption sum of cephalosporins antibiotics took the lead,followed by penicillin,fluoroquinolone. The top 3 antibiotics ranked by DDDs were respectively penicillin, ceftriaxone and amoxycillin capsules. CONCLUSIONS： The application of anti-infectious agents in inpatients of our hospital were mainly penicillin,ceftriaxone antibiotics,which is basically rational,yet still need to strengthen the management.
