摘要
目的调查中医本科院校开设康复医学相关课程前后不同时期大学三年级非康复专业的医学生康复知识的认知情况。方法通过问卷调查的形式,对开设康复医学相关课程前后不同时期高年级医学生进行康复知识调查,并对收集的调查问卷进行分析整理。结果康复课程开设后学生对"康复"概念的知晓率有所提高,对康复治疗对象的理解有明显的变化,且对于中医院校普遍的错误认识有所改观;在康复医学内涵的认知方面均有所提高;对于脑卒中患者早期康复意识较强,但骨折患者、心肺疾病患者是否需要早期康复的认知较为模糊;多数学生认为有必要学习康复医学相关知识,且医学院校有必要开设康复医学相关课程,但认为社会对康复知识的宣教力度不够的人数比有所下降;多数学生认同学习康复医学有关的知识对今后工作有帮助。结论通过康复医学相关课程的教学,中医本科院校医学生康复知识认知度总体提高,将康复医学纳入各类医学专业的常规教学环节势在必行。
Objective To investigate medical students' awareness of rehabilitation knowledge among the third-year students of non-rehabilitation major before and after the rehabilitation medicine courses were given. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among senior medical students in different periods before and after the courses. Questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Results After taking the courses, students' awareness of rehabilitation was improved, their understanding of rehabilitation treatment was obviously changed, their common wrong understanding of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities was changed. Their perception of rehabilitation medicine connotation was improved. They had more awareness with stroke patients in early rehabilitation stage, but showed more vague awareness with fracture patients, patients with heart and lung diseases. Most students thought it was necessary to learn relevant knowledge of rehabilitation medicine, and that medical colleges and universities needed to offer rehabilitation medicine related courses. They agreed that learning rehabilitation medicine knowledge was helpful for their future work. Conclusion Students' overall awareness of rehabilitation knowledge can be improved through the teaching of rehabilitation medicine related courses. It is imperative to bring rehabilitation medicine into all kinds of medical professional routine teaching content.
