摘要
针对列车滚动轴承剩余寿命的精确预测问题,融合状态监测与可靠性数据,提出一种基于比例风险模型(PHM)的列车滚动轴承剩余寿命预测方法;给出基于PHM的寿命预测算法,详细阐述样本数据获取、参数估计和寿命预测3个具体步骤,并通过全寿命周期滚动轴承实验数据,对所提出方法进行验证。结果表明:PHM输出的预测结果均方根误差为45.73,与目标结果的一致性超过0.9。
For accurately predicting the residual life of rolling bearings of rail vehicles, with comprehensive utilization of monitoring data and reliability data,the residual life prediction method was proposed based on proportional hazard model (PHM). Three specific steps of the proposed life prediction method were described in detail, including sample data collection, parameter estimation and life prediction. The experiment was carried out by using of vibration data and failure event data of rolling bearings' full life cycle. The experimental results show that the root mean square error of PHM outputs is 45.73 and the correlation coefficient between PHM outputs and targets is greater than 0.9, which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed residual life prediction approach based on PHM.
