基于碳纤维胶带的自控除冰雪技术在美国的研究应用

摘要 为了减少传统除冰方法对路面和环境的损害,充分利用新型材料的优越性能,解决寒冷地区冬季道路和桥面因雨雪结冰而造成的交通不便问题,介绍了一种新型热力融雪防冰技术——基于碳纤维胶带的自控防冰雪技术。阐述了碳纤维胶带加热板的设计,融雪防冰路段的建造设计,系统运营性能和成本分析,以及用于控制系统的两种自动控制器的设计和能耗分析,并提出进一步研究建议。现有研究表明,基于碳纤维胶带的除冰雪技术具有能效高和安装成本低的优点,且其控制系统若使用自动控制器更优于手动控制。基于碳纤维胶带的自控除冰雪技术提高了路面的使用寿命,同时具备环境友好性,为道路融雪防冰技术提供了一个发展新途径,未来应用前景十分广阔,可以为其在我国道路和桥面防冰技术的研究应用提供参考。 In order to reduce the traditional deicing methods for the damage of pavement and the environment, make full use of new materials that have superior performance, solve the traffic problems caused by freezing of rain and snow for roads and bridges in winter in the cold region, a new kind of thermal deicing technology self-controlled carbon fiber tape-based deicing technology is introduced. Designing of carbon fiber tape heating plate and the construction of deicing road are reviewed. In addition, performance analysis of the technology and the cost comparison with other deicing methods are also reviewed. External circuit of fuzzy logic automatic controller and analysis of energy consumption are introduced. On the basis of research, further research proposals are put forward. This review shows that carbon fiber tape-based deicing technology has higher efficiency and lower cost, and its control system is more superior to manual controls with automatic control system. This technology increases the service life of the asphalt pavement and is friendly to environment, provides a new promising development way to deicing methods, and can provide reference for deicing technology study and application in roads and bridges in China.
