摘要
目的:明确耳硬化症的高分辨率CT表现,评价高分辨率CT的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析10例耳硬化症患者的临床资料、高分辨率CT(HRCT)及多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)图像,观察病变的影像学表现。结果:10例共20耳显示异常。(1)前庭窗型耳硬化症10耳,表现为前庭窗周围骨质密度局限性减低,镫骨底板增厚;(2)蜗型耳硬化症6耳,表现为耳蜗骨迷路边缘不整,呈条片状密度减低或呈双环症改变;(3)混合型耳硬化症4耳。结论:高分辨率CT能清楚显示耳硬化症病变的范围及程度,对明确诊断及随诊有很大帮助。
Purpose： High resolution CT showed clear otosclerosis, to evaluate the applied value of high resolution CT. Materials and Methods： Retrospective analsis of patients with otosclerosis, high resolution CT and multiplanar recon- struction images observed lesions image manifestions. Results： A total of 20 ears showed abnormal in I0 cases, （ I ） Vestibu- lar window type otosclerosis 10 ears showed vestibular window bone density around the limitations of reduced footplate thicken- ing ; （2） Cochlear otoselerosis 6 ears showed cochlear bone labyrinth with irregular margin, a strip or a change in low density ring; （3） Mixed type 4 ears with otoselerosis. Conclusion： High resolution CT can clearly show the range of otoselerosis and extent of the lesions for diagnosis and follow-up of great help.
