摘要
目的：探讨湿性愈合结合红光照射治疗下肢静脉溃疡的临床效果。方法选取东南大学医学院附属盐城医院2013年11月—2015年10月收治下肢静脉溃疡患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组（31例）和对照组（29例）。观察组用湿性愈合结合红光照射治疗下肢静脉溃疡,对照组单纯用湿性愈合方式治疗下肢静脉溃疡,观察比较两组的治疗效果、伤口愈合时间和疼痛指数。结果观察组创面治疗后痊愈16例,好转4例,显效11例,无效0例,对照组分别为7,15,3,4例,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（Z＝－2.853,P〈0.01）。观察组创面愈合时间为（37.5±3.6）d,疼痛指数为（2.8±0.3）,低于对照组的（48.2±4.3）d和（3.5±0.6）,差异有统计学意义（t值分别为10.47,5.77；P〈0.01）。结论湿性愈合结合红光照射治疗下肢静脉溃疡能使伤口愈合时间缩短,愈合率更高,疼痛感更小,舒适度高。
Objective To discuss the effect of moist healing combined with red light irradiation treatment on lower extremity venous ulcer.Methods Totally 60 patients with lower extremity venous ulcer in the affiliated Yancheng Hospital of Southeast University Medical College from November 2013 to October 2015 were assigned to the observation group （n=31） and the control group （n=29）. Patients in the observation group were cured with moist healing combined with red light irradiation, while patients in the control group were cured with moist healing. The therapeutic effect, wound healing time and pain index in two groups were observed and compared.Results In the observation group, there were 16 cases were cured;4 cases were improved;11 cases showed the effect of therapy; no case was invalid. While in the control group, the data were 7, 15, 3, 4 respectively （Z=-2.853,P〈0.01）. The wound healing time and pain index were （37.5±3.6）d and （2.8± 0.3） in the observation, which were lower than[（48.2±4.3）d, （3.5±0.6）] in the control group （t=10.47, 5.77;P〈0.01）. Conclusions The moist healing combined with red light irradiation can shorten the wound healing time, improve the cure rate and release the pain in patients with lower extremity venous ulcer.
