摘要
目的:观察麻子仁汤加减口服加灌肠治疗恶性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:选取49例恶性肠梗阻患者,剔除3例后采用随机分组的方法分为治疗组24例和对照组22例,两组患者入院后给予禁食水、静脉营养支持并酌情给予胃肠减压及抗感染治疗。治疗组在采用西医内科对症治疗的同时辅以麻子仁汤加减口服加保留灌治疗,每日1剂;对照组给予生理盐水加开塞露保留灌肠,每日2次。治疗5 d后评价疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者生存质量比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后临床症状有所缓解,治疗组与对照组有效率分别为95.83%、72.73%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者腹痛、腹胀缓解时间、排气时间、禁食水时间、住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻子仁汤加减口服加灌肠治疗能有效缓解恶性肠梗阻患者的临床症状,提高患者生存质量,缩短住院时间。
Objective： To observe curative effect of modified Maziren Tang and retention enema in the treatment of malignant bowel obstruction. Methods： 49 cases of complete research to remove 3 exceptions were randomly divided into 24 cases of treatment group and 22 cases of control group. The two groups were treated with fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,parenteral nutrition support treatment and active anti-infection. The treatment group was treated with western internal medicine at the same time complementary with Maziren Tang oral and retention enema,once a day. The control group was given normal saline extra glycerin retention enema,twice a day. Five days later evaluation curative effect. Results： After treatment,comparison of patients quality of life of the two groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）;the clinical symptoms of two groups after treatment were somewhat alleviated,and the effective rate of treatment group was 95. 83%and the control group was 72. 73%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; abdominal pain,abdominal distension relief time,exhaust time,fasting for solids and liquids time,hospitalization time of the treatment group were less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Western internal medicine treatment supplemented by Maziren Tang oral and retention enema treatment can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with malignant obstruction and enhance the patients life quality,shorten the length of hospital stay.
