摘要 胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白7 （IGFBP7）是20世纪90年代研究发现的一种胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白,它是胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白超家族16种结合蛋白中的1种,除了能与胰岛素样生长因子结合发挥作用外,因其对胰岛素有较高的亲和性,故在人体内还具有调节胰岛素的分布及新陈代谢等作用,同时,它还能与胰岛素受体结合,它是一种功能性的胰岛素结合蛋白.
