天然气管网中粉尘的组成和来源

摘要 以某燃气公司的次高压管道为研究对象,对管道中粉尘进行气质联用分析和能谱分析,得出粉尘试样各检出元素的质量分数。分析管材中元素的质量分数及焊条药皮中TiO_2的质量分数,对比得出粉尘来源于带气作业、新钢质管道接入管网过程的焊接操作及吸附四氢噻吩,每1kg的粉尘可吸附约5.8 g四氢噻吩。 Taking the sub-high pressure pipeline of a gas company as the research object, the GC/ MS analysis and EDX analysis of the duct in the pipeline are conducted, and the mass fractions of elements detected in the dust samples are obtained. The mass fractions of elements in pipe material and the TiO2 mass fraction in the welding rod covering are analyzed. The comparison shows that the dust comes from operation under pressure, the welding operation of new steel pipe connected to the network and the adsorption of tetrahydrothiophene. Dust per 1 kg can adsorb 5.8 g of tetrahvdrothiophene.
