摘要
目的:观察电针结合微波治疗腕管综合征(CTS)的疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的CTS轻度患者30例,中度患者30例,分别予以电针结合微波治疗15d,并记录两组患者治疗前后1)功能状态评分和症状严重程度评分,2)正中/尺神经感觉潜伏期差(ΔDSL),运动神经传导速率(MCV),感觉神经传导速率(SCV)等指标;分析两组患者治疗前后以上指标组内的差异以及治疗后组间的差异。计量资料组内比较用配对t检验,组间比较用独立样本t检验,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结果:1)组内比较,两组患者治疗前后,功能状态、症状严重程度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,两组患者治疗后,功能状态、症状严重程度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)组内比较,两组患者治疗前后,ΔDSL,SCV,MCV的水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,两组患者治疗后,ΔDSL,SCV,MCV的水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合微波对轻度、中度腕管综合征患者的功能状态、症状严重程度具有明显的改善作用,对肌电指标ΔDSL,SCV,MCV均有正面影响,说明该治疗对CTS患者有明显的治疗效果,且对轻度CTS患者疗效更好。
Objective.. To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture with microwave in the treatment of carpal tunnel syn- drome（CTS）. Methods ： Thirty patients with CTS were treated with electroacupuncture and microwave for two weeks. Before and after the treatment, the enrolled subjects were clinically evaluated by symptom Severity scale （sss） and functional status scale （FSS） ,and distal motor latency （ADSL）, motor conduction velocity （MCV） and sensory conduction velocity （SCV） were recor- ded and analyzed with paired t test. Unidirectional ordinal data were recorded and analyzed with Rank sum test. The data are sta- tistical significant （P〈0.05）. Results： ADSL in the patients with carpal tunnel syndrome decreased significantly and SCV and MCV increased significantly after the treatment. Compared with before treatment, there is significant difference in severity of CTS after treatment. Conclusion： Electroacupuncture with microwave has a positive effect on the △DSL, SCV and especially ADSL in the median nerve of patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. These results suggest that electroacupuncture with microwave is effective and worth popularizing in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.
