跨境电商“海外仓”的风险分析及对策建议 被引量:26

摘要 基于互联网+国际贸易的模式之跨境电商,使国际贸易的营销模式发生了创新性的变革。通过电子商务平台解决了国际贸易中买卖双方信息不对称的问题。但是,在解决了信息流的问题之后,货物贸易的物流仍然需要线下完成。跨境国际物流是阻碍跨境电商的一个瓶颈。物流不仅仅是运输的时效问题,更重要的是客户体验和本土化服务的问题。海外仓被看成是跨境电商的一个突破,它可以解决上述诸多问题。在看到海外仓对跨境电商的推动和促进作用的同时,必须要看到它隐藏的风险,诸如:成本、压仓、清关、税务合法性以及知识产权等问题。文章从分析中国跨境电商企业在使用海外仓的物流模式时存在的风险及其成因入手,提出一些建议和解决措施。 Cross-border E-commerce as a new international business model based on the Internet has made an innovational revolution in international marketing. E-commerce platform solve asymmetric information between international buyer and seller. Although resolving the problem of information flow, goods trade logistics still need to be completed offline. Cross-border international logistics is a bottleneck which blocks the development of cross-border E-commerce. For logistics, fast delivery is one of issues,but the more important issues are the customer experience and localization services. Overseas warehouse is seen as a breakthrough in cross-border electricity supplier, which can solve the above problems. We see oversea warehouse to promoting and facilitating cross-border E-commerce, at the same time we also have to see its hidden risks, such as: cost, backlog, customs clearance, tax legitimacy, intellectual property rights and other issues. This paper makes suggestions for Chinese companies, after analyzing hidden risks of using oversea warehouses in cross-border E-commerce transaction.
