紫穗槐枝条与柠条枝条的常规营养成分以及瘤胃降解率的测定 被引量:3

摘要 本课题对于榆林市随机采集的紫穗槐枝条和柠条枝条各十个样本进行常规营养成分的测定比较,并用五只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的陕北白绒山羊,采用尼龙袋法测定样品(干物质、粗纤维、粗蛋白)分别在4h、6h、12h、24h、48h五个时段的瘤胃降解率,对测定结果进行比较分析。结果表明,柠条枝条与紫穗槐枝条的干物质、粗灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维的含量存在差异且差异极显著(P<0.01),柠条枝条的干物质、粗灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪的含量高于紫穗槐枝条,紫穗槐枝条的粗纤维含量高于柠条枝条;柠条枝条与紫穗槐枝条粗蛋白、粗纤维在瘤胃内的降解率均存在差异且差异极显著(P<0.01),紫穗槐枝条的干物质降解率与柠条枝条的干物质降解率分别存在差异且在4h、6h、24h、48h的差异极显著(P<0.01),在12h的差异显著(0.05<P<0.01)。紫穗槐枝条的干物质降解率、粗蛋白降解率、粗纤维降解率均高于柠条枝条。 This study aimed to investigate the nutritional composition of amorpha fruticosa and caragana in Yulin City and the degradation rate of dry matter,crude fiber and crude protein in Northern Shaanxi White Cashmere Goats with permanent rumen fistula,were determined by nylon bag method in 4h,6h,12 h,24h,48 hrespectively.The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in dry matter,crude ash,crude protein and crude fat between caragana branches and amorphane fruticosa shoots(P 〈0.01),and the dry matter,crude ash,crude protein,crude fat content of caragana branches was higher than amorphane fruticosa shoots,while the crude fiber content of amorphane fruticosa shoots was higher than that of caragana branches.The degradation rate of crude protein,crude fiber were extremely significant differences between caragana branches and amorphane fruticosa shoots in the rumen(P〈 0.01),and the dry matter degradation rate were extremely significant differences between caragana branches and amorphane fruticosa shoots in 4h,6h,24 h,48hrespectively(P〈0.01),while significant difference in 12h(0.05〈P〈0.01).The amorpha fruticosa shoots degradation rate of dry matter,crude protein,crude fiber were higher than caragana branches.
