高铁车载弓网运行状态检测装置护罩结构及工艺改进的探讨

摘要 车载弓网运行状态检测系统是保证高速铁路安全正常运行的诸多监控系统的组成部分之一。本文根据高铁车顶的高速、动态、强冲击、强电磁、温差大等恶劣的特殊运行环境,对安装在高铁车顶的车载弓网运行状态检测装置护罩的结构及加工工艺提出了应当注意的问题和改进的建议。 Vehicle-mounted pantograph catenary detection system under operate state is an important component of many detect systems that could guarantee high-speed rail safe and normal operation. According to the special operating environment of high-speed roof such as high speed,dynamic condition,strong impact,strong electric,wide temperature differential,etc.,This article proposes some problems that need to be pay attention to and be improved about the structure and manufacturing processing of detection system shield mounted on the high-speed rail roof.
