摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)是困扰中老年人的常见病、多发病。临床表现为关节疼痛、压痛、僵硬、关节肿胀、活动受限和关节畸形等。针刀治疗KOA疗效确切,其应用渐趋广泛,文章试从临床及实验研究的角度对针刀治疗KOA的进展进行归纳分析。
Knee osteoarthritis（KOA） is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the elderly. The clinical manifestations include joint pain, pressing pain, stiffness, joint swelling, limitation of motion, and joint deformity. The curative effect of needle-knife on this disease is obvious, and the application of needle-knife in treating this disease becomes more widely. This paper summarizes and analyzes the research progress on therapeutic effects of needle-knife on knee osteoarthritis from the clinic and experiment.
