摘要
艾滋病作为一种目前运用现代治疗手段尚无法根治的严重感染性疾病,高效联合抗病毒疗法(HARRT)能够使病毒载量大幅度降低,免疫力增强,极大的改善患者的生活质量并延长患者生存时间,在临床上广泛应用。但HAART疗法不能彻底清除患者体内的HIV病毒,患者须终身用药,而药物的不良反应如血脂异常、肝肾功能损害、消化道不良反应及骨髓抑制等直接影响到患者的服药依从性,HAART药物的不良反应不耐受是HAART治疗失败的主要原因之一。中医药在针对高效抗反转录病毒疗法不良反应和增加高效抗反转录病毒疗法疗效方面进行了积极的临床实践,包括其中医基础理论研究和临床药物的研发,取得了一定的成果。为进一步发挥中医药在防治艾滋病HARRT不良反应的特色和优势,提出要深入开展艾滋病HAART不良反应的中医基础研究,筛选出有效方药进行多中心、大样本的临床研究,从而形成中医药干预HARRT不良反应方案临床进行的推广优化,突显中医药联合HAART临床协同作用。
As we all known, AIDS was one of serious infectious diseasesthat was not able to be cured. Recently, the highly active anti-retroviral（HAART） therapy was widely used in the clinic due to its capability to decrease virus load, enhance immunity and greatly improve the patient＇s quality of life and survival time. But, HAART therapy could not thoroughly remove the HIV virus in the body, so the patients needed to be treated in all through their life. But, the patient＇scompliance wasusually poor that because of the intolerableside effects such as dyslipidemia, liver and kidney function damage, gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bone marrow suppression. Traditional Chinese medicineconducted a serious of positive clinical practices in terms of the side effects and the effective antiretroviral therapy, including the basic theory of TCM research and clinical medicine research, which obtained certain achievement. We proposedthat the basic research of TCM on HIV/AIDS HAART adverse reaction should be considered to screen out effective herbs and formulae for multicenter clinical research with a large sample, which will help promote and optimize the prevention and treatment AIDS with TCM and fully play the synergistic effects of combination of TCM with HAART therapy.
