摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"目标在于通过创立高校与企业联合培养的机制强化对大学生实践能力和创新能力的培养。运用"协同理论",通过分析该计划的培养目标、培养方案和课程体系,围绕大学生的工程实践能力和创新能力提升,对校企协同机制的深化与实践提出对策建议。
The goal of “excellent engineers’ training program” is to strengthen the practical ability and in-novative ability of college students by establishing the joint training mechanism in universities and enter -prises .T he paper applies “synergy theory” by analyzing the training objectives ,training programs and cur-riculum system of the excellent program .It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the deepe-ning and practice of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism on students’ ability of engineering prac-tice and innovation .
