摘要
目的:研究总结高压氧治疗对开颅去骨瓣减压术口愈合的影响,为临床提供参考依据。方法:选择2007年8月—2016年1月行开颅去骨瓣减压术患者80例,随机分为高压氧组和常规组,每组40例。常规组仅给予开颅去骨瓣减压术及相关药物治疗,高压氧组则在开颅去骨瓣减压术及相关药物治疗下增加高压氧治疗。统计两组患者术口愈合效果、患者满意度和住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症。结果:高压氧组术口甲级愈合率95%,常规组术口甲级愈合率80%,高压氧组显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。高压氧组患者满意度95%,常规组患者满意度72.5%,高压氧组显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。高压氧组并发症2.5%,常规组并发症20.0%,高压氧组显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。高压氧组住院时间和住院费用显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗对开颅去骨瓣减压术口愈合影响大,有利于促进患者术口的愈合,降低术口不良情况发生率,从而缩短住院时间和减轻患者经济负担,患者满意度也得以提升。
Objective：To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the healing of the bone flap in the craniotomy, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods：In hospital from August 2007 to January,80 patients were treated with craniotomy and craniotomy,and were randomly divided into hyperbaric oxygen group and the conventional group,40 cases in each group. Routine group were treated with bone flap decompression and drug treatment,hyperbaric oxygen therapy group was treated with the increase of hyperbaric oxygen therapy under the treatment of bone flap decompression and related drugs. The healing effect of the two groups of patients,patient satisfaction and hospital stay,hospital costs,postoperative complications. Results：The rate of Grade A in hyperbaric oxygen group was 95% ,the healing rate of the conventional group was 80% ,and the healing rate of the hyperbaric oxygen group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group（P 〈 0. 05）. The satis-faction rate of hyperbaric oxygen group was 95% ,and the satisfaction rate of the conventional group was 72. 5% ,and the satis-faction rate was significantly higher than that of the conventional group（P 〈 0. 05）. The complication of hyperbaric oxygen group was 2. 5% ,the complication of the routine group was 20% ,and the complications of hyperbaric oxygen group were signif-icantly lower than that of the conventional group（P 〈 0. 05）. The hospitalization time and cost of hyperbaric oxygen group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Hyperbaric oxygen treatment of decompressive craniectomy healing effect,is conducive to the promotion of patients at the mouth of the healing and reduce postoperative mouth incidence of adverse circumstances,is conducive to promote the patient′s recovery,and shorten the time of hospitalization and reduce the economic burden,the patient overall satisfaction also can be improved.
