摘要
通过综合分析广西北部湾经济区水资源开发及水物理网存在的问题,提出了区域智能水网的建设目标,并在网络的通道、节点和流三大构件基础上,采用点、线、面规划技术提出了广西北部湾经济区"八江、百库、四横、八纵、一区、六城"的立体水物理网总体布局;根据水资源调控、水环境治理、水生态保护、防洪减灾等方面的问题,针对性地提出了驮英水库、龙云水资源配置工程、蟠龙水库、老口水利枢纽等工程,为广西北部湾经济区智能水网工程的建设提供基础水网环境。
For Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, analysis was made on the problem existing in water resources development and water physical network, based on which the authors put forward the construction goal of intelli- gent water net; present the overall layout of three-dimensional water physical network consisting of channels, nodes and streams, incorporating eight rivers, nearly one hundred reservoirs, four transverse and eight longitudinal projects one zone and six cities. In view of the problem of water resources regulation, water environment manage- ment, water ecological protection, flood control and disaster alleviation, construction of Tuoying Reservoir, Longyun Water Resources Allocation Project, Panlong Reservoir, Laokou Hydraulic Complex etc. is proposed to constitute the basic water network environment for the construction of intelligent water net in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
