摘要
目的了解胃肠外科病房呼叫铃声频繁的原因,针对原因找出对策,以降低呼叫次数。方法运用品管圈手法查找要因,设定目标,实施对策后进行效果确认。结果品管手法实施后病房呼叫铃声明显下降。结论品管活动在降低病房铃声活动中效果显著,减少了病房的噪音,提高了病人的满意度,也提高护士工作质量及参与护理管理的意识。
Objective: To understand the causes of call bell frequently in gastrointestinal surgical ward, then find out the countermeasures against the reason in order to reduce the calls frequency. Methods: Find out the essential factor through QCC activity, set goals,implement the countermeasure, then confirm the effect. Results: call bell ringing declined obviously after QCC activity. Conclusion: QCC is an effective management method to reduce call bell ringing frequency, declined the noise in the ward,increased the patient' s degree of satisfaction, improved the quality of nursing care and strengthened the nurse' s awareness of nursing management.
