摘要
目的 探讨阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者心功能及H-FABP、hs-CRP、IMA水平的影响。方法 选取2014年1月~2015年1月期间入院治疗的急性心肌梗死患者共计78例,将患者根据所用药物分成两组（治疗组与对照组）,对照组患者给予常规治疗措施,治疗组患者则在对照组治疗措施的基础再给予阿托伐他汀,治疗3d后对比两组患者的血清H-FABP、hs-CRP、IMA水平及治疗7d后心功能及血脂指标,并随访一年内其不良心血管事件。结果 治疗后,治疗组的H-FABP、hs-CRP、IMA水平明显低于对照组,左室射血分数明显高于对照组,而左室舒张末期内径和舒张末期室间隔厚度则明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;随访一年时间,治疗组发生再次心性事件明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 阿托伐他汀可以提高急性心肌梗死患者的心功能,有效降低血脂及炎症反应程度,降低不良心血管事件的发生几率,安全无明显副作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin on detecting serum levels of H-FABP, hs-CRP, IMA and changes in cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 78 patients with acute myocardial infarction cured in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into two groups（control group and treatment group） follow treatment methods. Patients in control group were given general treatment, and patients in treatment group were given extra atorvastatin on the basis. Two groups treated for 3 days, H-FABP, hs-CRP, IMA, cardiac function for 7 days, adverse cardiovascular events for 1 year of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of H-FABP, hs-CRP, IMA of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. The LVEF of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, while LVEDD and IVST of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group（P 〈 0.05）. One year follow-up, heart again incident of treatment group was obviously lower than those of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial, effectively reduce the degree of blood fat and inflammatory reaction infarction, and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events. It is safe and reliable.
