摘要
采用19.7 tex的吸光发热腈纶、棉紧密纺混纺纱(20∶80),与16.7 tex/144 f涤纶加工丝和7.8 tex氨纶交织,开发吸光发热弹性针织卫衣面料,并与普通棉纱与涤纶长丝和氨纶交织的针织卫衣面料进行吸光发热功能比较。详细阐述原料规格、设备参数、编织图、三角排列等编织工艺,以及预定形、前处理、染色、定形等染整工艺,对吸光发热功能进行测试。结果表明,随光照时间增加,吸光发热腈纶针织卫衣面料比普通对比样面料温度高,光照10 min时,温度高出4℃,该面料的吸光发热性能较好。
This paper develops one kind of sunlight-absorbing and heat-emitting and elastic French terry by using 19.7 tex of sunlight-absorbing and heat-emitting acrylic/cotton compact spun blended yarn(20:80) interknitted with 16.7 tex/144 f of polyester DTY and 7.8 tex of spandex, and compares the sunlight-absorbing and heat-emitting property with that of conventional French terry interknitted with cotton, polyester filament and spandex. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw material selection, equipment parameters, knitting diagram and cam arrangement, and also dyeing and finishing processes including pre-setting, pretreatment, dyeing and size-setting. Then it tests the sunlight-absorbing and heat-emitting property. The results show that, the developed fabric's tem- perature is higher than that of the conventional by 4 degrees after 10 minutes of sunlight radiation.
