摘要
目的研究血清降钙素原(PCT)水平在老年重症肺部感染患者评价中的意义。方法将医院2011年3月至2015年3月收治的200例老年重症肺部感染患者设为试验组;同期收治的200例轻中度肺部感染患者设为对照组;行体格检查的50名健康体检者设为空白对照组。分别测定治疗前与治愈后三组的白细胞计数、体温和PCT水平,并进行比较。结果治疗前,试验组的白细胞计数、体温与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。治愈后,试验组与对照组的血清PCT水平明显降低,与空白对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年患者肺部感染程度与PCT水平关系密切,可通过测定PCT辅助诊断重症肺部感染,且可作为判断治疗效果的重要指标。
Objective To explore the significance of serum Procalcitonin（PCT） levels in the evaluation of elderly patients with severe pulmonary infection. Methods 200 cases of elderly patients with severe pulmonary infection were selected as the observation group treated in the hospital during 2011 March to 2015 March. 200 cases of mild to moderate pulmonary infection were set as the control group. 50 cases of physical examination were set as blank control group. The white blood cell count, body temperature and PCT concentration were measured before and after treatment respectively, and compared with the three groups. Results There was no significant difference between the white blood cell count and body temperature in the observation group, and the control group, P〉0.05, but were higher than that in the blank control group, P0.05. After infection, the serum PCT level of the observation group and the control group was significantly lower than that of the blank control group（P〉0.05）. ConclusionThe level of pulmonary infection in the elderly patients is closely related to the level of the level of calcitonin. It can be used to determine the effect of the treatment of severe pulmonary infection, and can be used as an important indicator of the treatment effect.
