摘要 成套大众健美操不仅能够满足社会各层次练习人群的锻炼需要,更能充分结合身体锻炼与休闲娱乐的特点,这是人民大众对此颇有兴趣的一个关键点。创编工作在扩展大众健美操运动方面发挥着至关重要的作用,创编的好坏强有力地左右着大众健美操的社会效应。本文就创编成套大众健美操工作进行探究,以期对日后成套大众健美操的普及工作有所增益。 Complete sets of popular calisthenics can meet the needs of the society at all levels exercise of people, more can fuUy combine with the characteristics of physical exercise and entertainment,but also directly making the broad masses of the people be quite interested .Bedside,work in expanding public aerobics sports play a crucial role,the stand or fall of the plait powerful about the social effects of the mass aerobics.This article will discuss the plait of complete sets of mass aerobics work,hoping to gain complete mass aerobics popularization in the future.
