摘要
德国是世界工业强国,近年来,德国的双元制职业教育已不断发展与完善。本文主要分析了德国职业教育的主要特点,并着重对德国双元制教育对我国高职传媒类专业教育的启示进行了阐述。具体包括如何进行合理的课程教学设计以培养学生传媒职业能力;改革教学评估方法以保证教育质量;社会的支持与企业的参与共同促进传媒职业教育发展。
sGermany is the world＇s industrial power. In recent years,Germany＇s dual system of vocational educationhas been continuously developed and improved. This paper mainly analyzes the main characteristics of German voca-tional education,and focuses on the enlightenment of German dual system of education in China＇s media vocational andtechnical education. It Includes how to carry on the reasonable course design and how to cultivate students＇ media pro-fessional ability;teaching reform of assessment methods to ensure the quality of education;the participation of social sup-port and enterprise which can jointly promote mass media vocational education development.
