摘要 随着能源市场需求的不断增加,人们对深海石油的开采将不断加强.同时,海洋油气的开采也在向环境更恶劣的深海发展,这就对海洋工程设备提出了更高安全性、低成本、灵活快速等特殊要求.圆筒形FWPSO(Floating Workover Production Storage and Offloading,海上浮式储卸油装置)集生产、储油、外输等多功能于一体,具有易搬迁、重复利用等特点,被称为“流动的生产储油平台”.同时,圆筒形FWPSO具有较强的抵御恶劣作业环境的能力,更加适合深海作业,具有广阔的市场前景.目前,国际上已有欧洲少数几家油公司针对北海部分边际油田进行此项技术的开发工作,并在一定范围内投入了实际使用;而国内在此项海洋工程技术上的研究及应用尚处于初始阶段.论文结合中国南海海域油气开发的复杂情况,针对圆筒形FWPSO的设计、建造和安装以及有针对性的外输模式等方面展开研究,探讨此项技术在中国南海海域的可行性,为打破国外技术垄断,形成具有我国自主知识产权的FWPSO打下基础. As the increasing demand of the world energy market,exploitation of the deep sea oil will be strengthened. At the same time, the development of the exploitation of offshore oil and gas is moving to the deep sea and facing more severe environment, which requires the marine engineering equipment to be much safer,lower cost and more flexible.The cylindrical FWPSO sets production,storage and offloading together, which is easy to be moved, reused and called as “flowing production and storage platform”. Cylindrical FWPSO has strong ability to withstand severe operational environment, so that it is more suitable for deep sea operation and has a broad market prospect. At present, only a few European oil companies carry out research on this technology for the marginal oil field of the North- Sea, and some of that are put into practice. But the research and application of this technology are still in an initial stage in china. This article does the research on the design, construction, installation,offloading mode and the applicability of the cylindrical FWPSO in the South China Sea, in order to break the monopoly of foreign companies and lay the foundation in China's independent intellectual property rights for FWPSO.
