飞机蒙皮零件三维光学测量技术条件研究 被引量:5

摘要 飞机蒙皮是一类具有复杂曲面的薄壁零件,如何进行数字化测量一直是制造过程中的难题。近年来快速发展的三维光学测量方法对这类零件有较好的适应性,但由于缺乏相关的蒙皮零件测量技术条件,使得规范化的测量工作未能在企业展开。首先在分析蒙皮零件传统检测技术要求和工程实践基础上确定蒙皮零件的数字化检测内容;然后针对光学扫描和摄影测量两种典型光学测量方法来阐述测量前准备、蒙皮零件放置、蒙皮零件外形测量等方面的技术条件,为后续规范测量工作提供技术指导。 During the manufacturing process, it is a difficult problem to measure or digitize aircraft skin parts due to their complex shape and thin-walled structure. 3D optical measurement techniques, which are rapidly developed in recent decades, have good adaptability when measuring complex parts. However, owing to the lack of the technical specification for measuring aircraft skin parts, the normative measurement work has not been carried out in industry. Firstly, we sum up the inspection content for the skin parts based on the analysis of the conventional methods and experiments work. Then two typical optical measurement methods including 3D scanning and photogrammetry are chosen and studied. The technical specifications such as the preparation work, the setup of parts, surface data capturing are tackled, and it will provide guideline for measuring aircraft skin parts.
