摘要
空气分离装置被广泛地应用在工业生产中,并发挥着至关重要的作用。空气分离装置把所需要的气体,比如氮气、氧气等等,经过一定的处理流程(精馏、液化等)把其从通入装置中的空气内分离出来,然后根据生产的需要投入到生产中去。从空气分离设备的分子筛吸附器的介绍出发,对空气分离装置的变压解吸技术进行详细地分析,最终对如何更好地改善分子筛净化系统中的氮气放空阀、均压阀采取了一定的措施,望经过创新改进之后,分子筛净化技术可以充分发挥出作用。
Air separation devices are widely used in industrial production and play a vital role.Air separation device to the required gas,such as nitrogen,oxygen,etc.,through a certain process flow(rectification,liquefaction,etc.)from the access device in the air separation,and then according to the production needs into production go with.In this paper,the pressure swing desorption technology of the air separation plant is analyzed in detail.Finally,some measures are taken to improve the nitrogen purge valve and pressure equalizing valve in the molecular sieve purification system.,Hope after innovation and improvement,the molecular sieve purification technology can fully play out.
