摘要
目的:对播散性带状疱疹患者的临床治疗和护理效果进行观察。方法:选择2014年12月25日至2016年8月1日在我院皮肤科病区接受治疗的36例播散性带状疱疹患者,对患者均进行常规临床治疗。将患者随机分成两组,每组各18例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组的临床疗效和护理满意度。结果:经过临床治疗和护理后,观察组在总有效率和护理满意度方面明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对播散性带状疱疹患者进行临床治疗的基础上,实施综合护理,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效总有效率和护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the clinical treatment and nursing efficacy of disseminated herpes zoster patients. Methods.36 disseminated herpes zoster patients in dermatologist ward of our hospital during December 25th,2014 to August lst,2016 were selected and all of them received routine clinical treatment. They were randomly divided into two groups, 18 cases for each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group re- ceived comprehensive nursing. To compare the clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups. Re- sults：After the clinical treatment and nursing, the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclu- sions：On the basis of clinical treatment,implementing comprehensive nursing to the disseminated herpes zoster pa- tients can effectively improve the patients＂ clinical symptoms, improve the total effective rate of clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy clinic application.
