柏树为了追逐阳光而长歪,园艺师想尽办法却无法纠正其身姿。充满理想、向往自由的大学生就像校园里的又一群柏树,如果一味地用死板甚至强制的要求手段去约束学生,必然没有好的教学效果。通过激发学生的学习兴趣,并且根据个性化的特点因材施教,或许更能获得良好的教学效果。
A row of cypresses get crooked for more sunshine. Gardeners try their best but faired to pull them back. College students,pursuing ideal and freedom,seem like another group of cypress in campus. The stuffy teaching method and coercive requests have to be improved,which lead to terrible teaching effect. It will be more useful to improve teaching effect,by inspiring students'interest and teaching them in accordance of their aptitude.
