摘要
[目的/意义]文章以信息系统成功模型、社会交易理论为理论基础,构建了社交网络背景下的用户信息屏蔽意向影响因素的理论模型。[结果/结论]通过问卷调查和结构方程模型的实证分析,结果表明不良情绪避免是用户信息屏蔽意向的主要决定因素,而信息质量和信息过载通过影响不良情绪避免对信息屏蔽意向产生间接影响。
[ Purpose/significance] Based on information system success model and social exchange theory, this paper tries to build a theoretical model that reflects the factors of user information shielding intention in social network context. [ Result/conclusion ] Through empirical analysis of questionnaire survey and structural equation model, results show that negative emotion avoidance is the major determinant of user information shielding intention and information quality and information overload indirectly influence information shielding intention by acting on negative emotion avoidance.
