摘要
探讨基于TexGen的织物仿真建模及其应用方向。介绍了TexGen的建模理论以及建模流程,对比了仿真模型几何结构与真实织物图像。指出:TexGen表现出较好的仿真效果;织物仿真建模结合有限元分析可对织物机械物理性能进行预测分析,从而不断优化织物结构。认为:TexGen在织物仿真建模方面有较好的应用前景,通过引入图像处理技术、建立模型数据库等措施,可提升建模参数的采集速度和准确性,改善模型的精细化程度,加快预测研究的推广应用。
The fabric simulation modeling based on TexGen and its application direction were discussed. The modeling theory of TexGen and modeling process were introduced. The geometric construction of simulation mod- eling was compared with real fabric image. It is pointed out that TexGen shows better simulation effect. The fab- ric mechanical and physical properties can be predictively analyzed by fabric simulation and modeling combining with finite element analysis so that the fabric construction can be continuously optimized. It is considered that TexGen has better application prospect on fabric simulation and modeling aspect. By bringing in the measures like image treatment technology, establishing modeling database and so on, the collecting speed and accuracy of model- ing parameters can be promoted, the refining degree of modeling can be improved, the popularization and applica- tion of prediction study can be sped up.
