摘要
法国与我国相似,也是一个多民族国家,也面临着一系列的民族问题,如移民问题,民族分离主义等。而法国处理民族政策基本理念在于通过隐性民族同化政策和文化认同感来促进各民族融入法兰西主流文化。这种民族政策有其积极作用同时也会产生不利影响,法国民族政策中所体现的国家利益至上,注重改善民生,注重民族价值观教育以及创新民族文化保护等方面值得我国学习。但是法国政府所推行的民族文化同化政策,企图强化共和模式会在一定程度上侵犯少数民族权益,需要我们对此保持警惕。
France is a multi-ethnic country.It is also facing a series of minority problems,such as immigration,ethnic separatism etc.. The basic idea of the French to deal with the national policy is to promote the integration of the ethnic groups into the mainstream culture by means of the implicit national assimilation policy and cultural identity. This national policy has a positive effect,but it also has a negative impact. French national policy of emphasis on national interest first,focusing on improving people＇s livelihood,on education of national values and innovation of national cultural protection is worthy of study. But the French government＇s national cultural assimilation policy which attempts to strengthen the Republican model will infringe the rights and interests of the minority nationalities. We need to be vigilant about this.
