摘要
"校企合作、产教融合"是高等职业教育发展的必经之路。但在高职院校管理类专业中,"校企合作、产教融合"还面临着诸如专业特点的制约、传统教学模式的束缚、"双师型"教师队伍建设的障碍等困境。要深化产教融合,实现高职教育战略目标,必须突破困境,创新路径,打造适应新业态的专业群;以职业为导向、岗位为引领,优化教学模式;打通校企人员互派通道,让"双师型"教师队伍名副其实。
"School-enterprise cooperation and industry education integration " is the only way for vocational education development. However, for management specialty in higher vocational college, it also faces some constraints such as professional features, the bondage of traditional educational mode, the obstacle of "Double Teachers" team construction, and so on. To deepen industry-education integration and achieve the strategic target of higher vocational education, the dilemma is to be overcome, paths innovated and professional groups created to adapt to new formats; teaching mode is to be optimizd with the vocation as its orientation and position as its leading; the personnel exchange between school and enterprise is to be smoothed so as to make "Double Teachers" team worthy of the name.
