摘要
拉洛水利枢纽及配套灌区工程是雅鲁藏布江右岸一级支流夏布曲干流上的控制性工程,为大(2)型水利工程。工程包括拉洛水利枢纽和配套灌区工程两部分。为做好拉洛水利枢纽及配套灌区工程总体布置,长江勘测规划设计研究有限责任公司在前期调研勘探的基础上,结合工程任务、地质地形条件、建筑物功能要求、施工条件、环境和投资等进行综合考虑,对整个工程进行科学合理的布局。
Being a control scheme situated at a tributary on the right bank of the？Yarlung？Zangbo？River, Laluo Water Complex and its counterpart irrigation system are categorized as a large and type 2 waterworks. In order to complete general layout of Laluo Water Complex and counterpart irrigation system, Changjiang Survey,Planning, Design and Research Company Limited conducted planning and design in a scientific manner in line with project contents, geological landform conditions, function of structures, construction conditions, environment and investment, based on investigation and exploration in the early period.
