摘要
对当前医疗卫生人才援疆从优势、弱势、机会和威胁四方面进行SWOT分析，提出把握发展机遇、弥补自身不足、发挥援疆优势、强化内涵建设等建议，为医疗卫生人才援疆的深入开展提供参考。
This research used SWOT analysis to evaluate the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of counterpart support Xinjiang, and try to provides proposals on taking full advantage of development opportunity, making up self disadvantage, using advantage of supporting Xinjiang and strengthening connotation construction. It provides reference for medical personnel on supporting Xinjiang.
