摘要
目的探究曼月乐联合加味地黄汤治疗单纯性子宫内膜增生的疗效。方法选取我院2013年2月—2015年4月收治单纯性子宫内膜增生患者68例,随机分为观察组(37例)和对照组(31例),观察组给予曼月乐联合加味地黄汤治疗,对照组给予曼月乐治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为89.19%(33/37),对照组的总有效率为61.29%(19/31),观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.297,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.41%(2/37),对照组不良反应发生率为25.81%(8/31),观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐联合加味地黄汤能有效改善患者子宫内膜增生情况,疗效显著,安全性高,具有较高的实用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of Mirena combined with modified Dihuang decoction in the treatment of simple endometrial hyperplasia. Methods 68 cases of patients with simple endometrial hyperplasia were selected from February 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into observation group （n = 37 ） and control group （n = 31 ）. The observation group was treated with Mirena and modified Dihuang decoction. The control group was given Mirena treatment. We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.19% （33/37） , the total effective rate of control group was 61.29% （19/31）, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （X2 = 7. 297, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.41% （2/37） , and the adverse reaction rate of the control group was 25.81% （8/31） , the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mirena combined with modified Dihuang decoction can effectively improve the situation of endometrial hyperplasia, the curative effect is distinct, and it has high safety and high practical value.
